HOKUSETSU SAKE BREWERY Co.,Ltd.
HokusetsushuzoHokusetsu: Japanese sake from Sado Island to the world
Since its establishment in 1872, Hokusetsu Sake Brewery has been committed to brewing sake representative of its locale, focusing on the rice, water, climate, and people of Sado Island.
In addition to traditional sake brewing, they embark on new initiatives, such as musical performances, ultrasonic vibrations, and the introduction of centrifuges.
Hokusetsu's sake, including Daiginjo YK 35, can also be enjoyed at NOBU, a restaurant with about 50 stores overseas.
Tours of the brewery are available with advance reservation.
At the sake tasting corner, you can enjoy about ten different kinds of sake (Japanese sake, shochu, plum wine, etc.) recommended at the time.
They offer a wide variety of sake at the shop, from standard products to limited-edition sake only available at the brewery.
