Boil sap you collected to make your own original maple syrup, and cook pancakes made with pesticide-free locally harvested Uonuma Koshihikari rice flour. Savor the freshly cooked pancakes by drizzling the homemade maple syrup over them.
Experience a new way to enjoy the winter forest while warming up by a bonfire at the day camp. * Please bring your own protective gear to stay warm and snow boots. (Snow boots can be rented.)
