The Yamamo Dinner Tour is limited to one group per day. It is offered by the Yamamo Brewery, a long-established brewery in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, which has been in existence for over 150 years since the end of the Edo period.
The grounds of the brewery include a miso and soy sauce brewing plant, a yeast laboratory, a Japanese garden, a cafe, a store, and a gallery, creating an exciting mix of Japanese and Western, art and science!
During the dinner tour, you will be served food and drinks fermented with the brewery's proprietary Viamver® yeast as you travel from place to place. You can experience local gastronomy using not only miso and soy sauce but also local ingredients.
