Glass Studio Gen is a glass studio located at the entrance to Akiu Onsen. Even beginners can try their hand at glass blowing, so come and create your own work of art. Children as young as 5 years old can particpate (must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).

You can choose one item you want to make from a glass, a small bowl, a vase for a single flower, a plate, etc., and mix your favorite colors from a selection of about 20 colors. Blowing hot glass involves many exciting discoveries and is an experience that is opens up your creativity.

Reservations are required at least one day in advance. The experience is 30 minutes long. Works will be delivered the next day or shipped at a later date. (Shipping fee not included.)
