Want to try SUP once! Anyone with a desire to have fun is welcome to join us.

Let's experience it first!

Our SIJ (Japan SUP Instructors Association) certified instructors and SUPA (Stand Up Paddleboard Association of Japan) certified instructors will teach you the basics, such as how to stand on the board and how to hold the paddle, in a very detailed and thorough manner.

After a lecture on basic knowledge of SUP and how to paddle on the beach, we immediately started practicing on the water!

Start from a sitting position and when you get used to it, finally try rowing standing up!

Enjoy the new view from the sea.

9:30 Gather at the beach

After registering, we will start with a lecture on the basics on the beach.

9:50 We're ready to get out on the water! SUP experience!

First, let's get used to the board in a sitting position.

After you get used to it, slowly stand up on the board and paddle!

11:30 SUP experience ends! Beach clean-up experience to follow! (for those who wish to participate)

We will return to the beach and explain how to receive the photo data.

Please cooperate with the beach cleanup at your own convenience.

POINT 1] Beginners are welcome! Experience is available from one person!

Even complete beginners can enjoy themselves.

Many people enjoy standing up right away after the first time. ♪ The board will wobble at first, but you will be able to balance yourself while paddling!

We will wear life jackets, so you can rest assured that you will be safe even if you should fall into the water. We will support you.

For beginners, our instructors will teach you the basics, such as how to stand on the board and how to hold a paddle, so please feel free to join us.

POINT2] SDGs Beach Cleanup Experience! (For those who wish to participate)

After experiencing SUP, you can try beach cleanup!

While cleaning the beach, let's think about SDG Goal 14 "Let's protect the abundance of the sea"!

Beach clean-up bags and tongs will be provided by us.

POINT 3] Photo data present!

We will present you with photo data that captures your memories of your experience.

I'm worried about taking pictures on the board" or "I can't bring my camera because it will get wet.

No need to worry! Instructors and staff will take pictures of you!

POINT 4】 Free pickup from Tagajo Station on the JR Senseki Line!

If you do not have a car, we will pick you up from Tagajo Station on the JR Senseki Line for free.

Details will be provided at the time of application.

POINT 5] "Minatohama Seaside Rest Area" is available!

The Minatohama Seaside Rest Area is available! Changing rooms, toilets, and water showers are available.

Water showers will be available from July 1 to September 30.
