Ice Fall Tour Snow Trekking in Yamagata

Visit the world of ice in the Senninzawa Ice Garden

【Held from January to March】

This is a snow trekking tour to a frozen waterfall called "Hyobaku" in Yamagata Zao. Every year during the winter, the entire huge waterfall freezes, creating an icefall approximately 30 meters high and dozens of meters wide. The power of the falls cannot be fully conveyed by photographs.

This area, which has attracted ice climbing enthusiasts for many years, is called the Ice Garden, and it is like a world of ice, just like in the movies. For a rare glimpse into the world of ice in the Senninzawa Ice Garden, come and enjoy the spectacular view.
