Visit Oranda-Jima by Fishing Boat
Enjoy swimming and playing on an uninhabited Island in Yamada Bay!
Visit Oranda-Jima Island (Oshima Island), an uninhabited island in Yamada Bay a little over an hour away.
The island was severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, but by the end of July 2020, restrooms, changing rooms, walking paths, and boat docks were restored. You can enjoy the beach, explore the island and spend your time relaxing on the resort-like Holland Island, surrounded by an emerald green sea. The island is also a great place to enjoy swimming during the summer.
