[Obanazawa City, Yamagata Prefecture] Guided Tour of Ginzan Onsen with the "Ginbura" Plan
Go on a personal tour of Ginzan Onsen
Ginzan Hot Spring is one of the most famous hot springs in Yamagata Prefecture and throughout Japan. This hot spring town has an old-fashioned atmosphere, as if you have time-travelled back to the Taisho era of the early 20th century, and served as the location for the popular TV series Oshin. Explore this beautiful hot spring town with the help of a guide. Starting from Shiroganebashi Bridge, you will visit the footbath Warashiyu, the town gas lamps, hear the history of the ryokan, and go near the Shirogane Waterfall to feel the power of nature. Once you have seen the town, enjoy the footbath and the local delicacies. We recommend trying the curry bread, soba noodles, and sake.
After learning about the history of Ginzan Hot Spring, you will be able to enjoy the hot spring town from a different perspective.
