Aomori Nebuta Festival
The Aomori Nebuta Festival is one of Japan's representative fire festivals. The festival is one of Japan's most famous fire festivals. The magnificent Nebuta floats that float in the evening are paraded through the streets, while the flutes, gongs, and drums echo in the background, and the leaping performers dance wildly and enthusiastically to the music. Anyone can participate in the festival as long as they are dressed in a haneto costume (rental available).
On August 1, the day before the festival, the eve of the festival, a festival festival is held to enhance the atmosphere of the festival.
Watch, feel, and experience the joyous “Aomori Nebuta Festival,” which attracts a large crowd every year!
