At Hotel Musashibo in Hiraizumi, overnight guests have the opportunity to experience a special nighttime activity inspired by the spiritual philosophy of the town - the universal desire for 'peace' and 'equality'.  In the evening, guests can make a wish as they create their own unique paper lantern decorated with traditional characters for 'peace', 'equality' or whatever design they choose! The lanterns will be displayed at the front entrance to the hotel, sending forth a message of peace to the world.
