In this Stand Up Paddling (SUP) tour, you will stand on your board and paddle yourself to stroll on the waters of Sanriku Geopark. On the quiet sea without the sound of an engine, listen carefully to the sound of the waves and the natural sounds of seabirds. The scenery and the natural landscape you can see from the sea are exceptional. In the early morning tour, you will see a magical view of the sunrise that offers glimpses of the stars. You can also watch fishermen pull in the net used for fixed-net fishing and deepen your understanding of this fishing culture. It is a small-group tour, and lifejackets are worn. Beginners can also participate to the extent possible, and are provided with careful instructions.
