Iai instructors who have been practicing iaido in the Kakunodate Budokan on the street of Kakunodate Buke Yashiki will lead the class. The instructor will explain the martial arts passed down in Kakunodate, the spirituality that has been observed in training, and the inheritance of the martial arts. The program will begin with a high level talk from the instructor, followed by a program of manners and etiquette, sword usage, kata practice, and finally cutting a model of a human figure. English-speaking guide is included.
