Passengers can enjoy the view from the largest train windows in Japan, the breathtaking scenery of the Sea of Japan and the mountains of the Myoko range, and carefully prepared meals made with seasonal local ingredients. The morning train departs from Joetsu-Myoko Station and arrives at Itoigawa Station, while the afternoon train departs from Itoigawa Station and arrives at Joetsu-Myoko Station. Passengers may board from stops along the Hokuriku Shinkansen's route. Meals offered on the morning train are French cuisine, while meals offered on the afternoon train are Japanese cuisine.
