Make soba buckwheat noodles under the warm guidance and support of local women. Collect buckwheat flour, roll out the dough, and cut it. Afterwards, the instructor will boil the noodles and you can taste freshly made soba. The noodles of varying thickness will become a memory of your trip. You don't need many words to learn soba making with hands and gestures. There is a hot spring near the venue where you can also bathe. (Bathing fee is not included in the activity fee.)
