Bindon

On the coast of Iwate Prefecture, there is a food called "Raw Sea Urchin in a Milk Bottle," commonly known as "Bottled Sea Urchin," featuring fresh raw sea urchin packed with seawater in a milk bottle. Bindon has the concept of "pouring the bounty of Miyako in a bottle over piping hot rice." It offers the experience of a local-style rice bowl which allows customers to pour seasonal ingredients from Miyako in a milk bottle over rice themselves and eat it.
